Nature-Led Domes on Newfoundlands Cape Shore

Branch,
Newfoundland & Labrador

A stay that moves with the tides

Wood heat, ocean air, slow mornings, and long evenings by the river.

The Stay

Stay 1 - The Falls

Set above the river and surrounded by trees, The Falls is the smaller and more intimate of our two domes. Approx. 300 sq ft, designed for two, with a private hot tub, sauna, and climate control.

Artist's rendering of a glamping site called Granda Rose situated by a river with two geodesic dome accommodations, a campfire area with people, surrounded by trees, with hills and a river in the background.

Stay 2 - The Flats

Opening toward the river flats, The Flats is the larger dome with more room inside and outdoors. Approx. 700 sq ft with a loft, comfortably sleeps four, and includes a private hot tub, sauna, and climate control

Our Approach

We didn't set out to build a retreat. We set out to make space on the Cape Shore for people to slow down, spend real time in a real place, and leave carrying something more than photos. The domes came out of that.

The domes matter, but so does how the time passes here. Slow mornings. Long evenings. The weather that does what it wants. We are not trying to reinvent any of it. Granda Rose is more than just a place to stay. It is a small part of what happens next on this shore, and we are building it that way on purpose.

We’re documenting the build

Built here, on the Cape Shore. A small part of what happens next.
